Comcast Corp. has acquired Contingent Network Services, an IT firm based in Cincinnati,

reported.

Contingent, whose clients include Procter & Gamble Co. and Kraft Foods Inc., will become part of Comcast Business's new enterprise services division, which will provide services to

Fortune

1,000 companies, the article said

Contingent will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Comcast Business and will continue to operate under the Contingent name, the report said.
