Elaine Wynn loses her board seat




Elaine Wynn, ex-wife of Wynn Resorts chairman and CEO Steve Wynn and the company's third-largest shareholder, failed in her effort to remain on the board of directors,

Elaine Wynn had served on the board for 13 years, the report noted. In March, the board decided not to re-nominate her. She tried to convince shareholders to vote for her anyway, but management's two choices were elected instead.
