Fiat chairman's brother's company lists shares




Italia Independent, a fashion and lifestyle company founded by an heir to the Agnelli fortune with two partners, has listed its shares on the Milan stock exchange,

the

Financial Times

reported.

Lapo Elkann, brother of Fiat chairman John Elkann, founded Italia Independent with two friends. Shares in the company, whose main product is sunglasses, are at 26 euros, giving the company a value of nearly 60 million euros, the

Italia Independent’s carbon sunglasses are inspired by a yacht owned by Elkann’s grandfather, Fiat patriarch Gianni Agnelli, the
