Ivanka Trump expands into jewelry, shoes, more




Ivanka Trump, daughter of Donald Trump and vice president of development and acquisitions at Trump International, is launching an Ivanka Trump shoe line and an Ivanka Trump bag line, in addition to a line of high-end jewelry that debuted in 2007,

the

Financial Times

reported.

She also recently published an advice book entitled The Trump Card.

In other words, she is trying to be both an entrepreneur in her own right and her father’s heir, too.

After joining her father’s firm in 2004, she co-founded Trump Hotel Collection, which includes five hotels, two open next year and three planned for the future, the article said.

Trump told the

FT,

“My focus is not to grow my personal brand, but the Trump organization.” The report noted: “The subtext, of course, is that someday they may be one and the same.” (Source:
