Koss Corp. has launched its new Striva line of products, a headphone and in-ear monitor system with Wi-Fi technology that receives music directly from the Internet,
the
Business Journal
of Milwaukee reported.
The company is selling the products directly to consumers via its website and has added staff in production and the help desk, the article said.
The new system was nearly four years in the making, the journal reported. Koss began developing the product line before its former vice president of finance, Sujata Sachdeva, was arrested in December 2009 for embezzling $34 million from the company. She is now serving an 11-year federal prison sentence.
