Koss embezzler sentenced to 11 years




Sujata Sachdeva has been sentenced to 11 years in federal prison for embezzling from her former employer, Koss Corp.

reported.

She pleaded guilty in July to six counts of wire fraud and was sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Lynn Adelman, who also ordered her to pay restitution of $34 million, which was the amount she embezzled.

She apologized to Michael Koss — who was in the courtroom and made his own statement to Adelman — Koss Corp. employees, Koss shareholders, her family and friends.
