reported.

The suit alleges that Steve, Chad and Scott Pittman tried to take control of the companies for their own financial self-interest; it seeks the dissolution of the companies, the article said.

The complaint, filed in Hamilton County, Ind., also names the Pittmans' sister, Anne Kelton, but says she is a defendant “in name only.” Kelton lives in Oregon.

John Pittman, who had 100% ownership in the companies, died in December 2014. The siblings have been fighting in court since September 2015 over his estimated $2.4 million estate, the article said.

Mark Pittman accuses his brothers of a breach of fiduciary duties for not acting in the best interest of the companies and causing harm to him and Kelton, the article said. The lawsuit also claims that Steve, Chad and Scott placed a GPS tracker on Mark's vehicle and tried to secretly record his phone calls and used one of Scott Pittman's sons, who serves in the military, to “conduct ‘black ops' research” on Mark.

, Steve Pittman said Mark “has behaved in an unstable and volatile manner in the two years since my dad's death.” Steve said in the statement that when Mark left Indiana, “he harbored deep-seated resentment towards the families that remained in Indiana and were close with my mom and dad. His anger toward my dad and the rest of us has manifested itself in ways that are unthinkable. That being said, the three Indiana families continue to look forward to some sort of resolution that is fair for all.” (Source:
