N.Y. Times editorial staffers protest at shareholders' meeting

reporters and editors lined up at New York Times Co. headquarters on the day of the company’s annual stockholders’ meeting, according to a message sent by the Newspaper Guild of New York to

media blogger Jim Romenesko.

The staffers distributed leaflets “that contained a highly critical analysis of the company’s position during 13 months of bargaining with the Guild,” the message said. They displayed a banner and sign outside the building,
