Third Pilot Flying J employee pleads guilty




A third employee of the Haslam family’s Pilot Flying J truck stop chain has pleaded guilty of participating in a scheme to cheat trucking companies out of rebates,

the

Wall Street Journal

reported.

Kevin Clark, a regional sales manager, pleaded guilty in federal court in Knoxville, Tenn., the article said. He and the other two Pilot employees apparently are cooperating with authorities. (Source:
