Vance Publishing is sold off to three buyers




The assets of Vance Publishing Corp. are being sold off to three separate buyers: Farm Journal Media, Bobit Business Media and CCI Media,

Farm Journal Media will acquire Vance's agriculture and produce assets, Bobit will buy Vance's beauty portfolio and CCI will purchase Vance's woodworking assets. The buyers will acquire Vance's print and digital magazine titles, live events and data products, the article said.
