BH Media, the newspaper division of Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway Inc., plans to acquire the

Press of Atlantic City

(N.J.) for an undisclosed price,

the

Omaha World-Herald

reported.

The

Press

is owned by a Pittsburgh holding company that is owned by the Bitzer and Taylor families. The families have owned the paper for more than 50 years, the article said. (Source:
