Private Investment Partnerships: A strategy for founder succession, legacy preservation and growth

Join Jane Allen, Founder and former CEO of Counsel on Call, Greg Allen, Director, the Legility Board, and Gridiron Capital’s Tom Burger, Managing Partner and Co-Founder, and Kevin Jackson, Managing Partner, for a case-study based discussion on engaging outside private investment in the family business.

Founders or current managing generation owners who are looking for ways to pass along the business have many options to consider. This webinar will focus on one option that preserves the legacy of the business, monetizes ownership and creates the opportunity to grow the business—partnerships with private investors.

Jane Allen, founder of Counsel on Call, will discuss her decisions surrounding succession and exit strategies for business, and what the outcomes of those decisions have been. Tom Burger and Kevin Jackson, whose firm Gridiron Capital partnered with Jane, will discuss options open to business owners, and the process they used to enter into the partnership with Jane.

There will be ample time for questions.
