lies in its real estate rather than in the newspaper or its website, an unnamed source

told the

Boston Herald.


The New York Times Co. has put the

Globe

up for sale.

The

Globe

enterprise is expected to sell for $70 million to $120 million. Its 715,000-square-foot headquarters building could sell on the market for $75 million or more, the
