Jack Demoulas, director of dairy and frozen foods at the troubled Market Basket grocery chain, sent a letter to protesting employees urging them to go back to work and “let Arthur T. and Arthur S. work it out,”

Jack Demoulas is a cousin of the two Arthurs.
The employees are seeking the return of Arthur T. Demoulas, who was fired from his post as CEO by a faction loyal to his cousin and rival, Arthur S.
In the letter, Jack Demoulas said that although he thinks Arthur T. should not have been fired, he also thinks it was wrong for employees to stage a work stoppage, which he said has “inconvenienced our customers, traumatized thousands of associates, hurt our suppliers, and made a public circus out of a private dispute,” Boston.com reported.
