Margarita Louis-Dreyfus, chairwoman of Louis Dreyfus Commodities, is in exclusive talks with Frank McCourt, who wants to buy French football club Olympique de Marseille,

reported.
The deal is said to be worth €50 million, the article said.
Louis-Dreyfus had announced in April that she wanted to sell her majority stake in the club.
McCourt sold the Los Angeles Dodgers baseball team in 2012 for $2 billion.
In a statement, Louis-Dreyfus said the two sides hope to close the deal by the end of the year, the
