Penny Pritzker amends her financial disclosure

Penny Pritzker, nominated by President Obama to be Commerce secretary, amended her financial disclosure, saying she inadvertently understated her income by at least $80 million,

Bloomberg reported.

The omission was due to a clerical error, according to her spokeswoman.

The amended forms say she earned additional income for consulting work on hundreds of trusts, including family trusts, beyond what she originally disclosed, according to the Bloomberg report. (Source: Bloomberg, May 22, 2013.)
