Hans Schuler, third-generation chairman and CEO of Schuler’s Restaurant & Pub in Marshall, Mich., has been named the inaugural recipient of the National Restaurateur of the Year award, presented by
Independent Restaurateur
magazine.
The restaurant is now in its 103rd year.
The magazine noted,
