The borough of Emmaus, Pa., has agreed to buy the former headquarters of publisher Rodale Inc. for $2.95 million,

The original asking price was $3.49 million, Kelly noted.
Rodale moved out of the building, which sits on 5 acres, in 2012. Emmaus plans to base its police and fire departments there, the report said.
After the company moved out, part of the building was rented to a charter school; the rest was unoccupied, the article said.
